Jeff Koinange has been living with LG appliances at home for a while, and he is not shy about it. In a new seven-part series with LG East Africa on his YouTube channel, he heads to the LG showroom at Thika Road Mall (TRM) with a bigger plan: redoing his whole kitchen.
Episode 1: Inside LG's TRM Showroom. The series opens with Jeff walking the floor, from home entertainment to cooking and laundry. "I've got so many of your products," he tells the LG team, "now I want to move into my kitchen and redo the whole thing." The answer: LG's built-in appliance range, designed to slot into a modern fitted kitchen.
Episode 2: The LG NeoChef. Jeff checks out the NeoChef, which he calls the kitchen upgrade you didn't know you needed.
Episode 3: The LG Built-In Oven. For the "master chefs at home," Jeff tries LG's built-in oven. Its party trick is borrowed from the InstaView fridge: knock twice on the glass and the light comes on, so you can check on a roast without opening the door and letting the heat out. Roasting, baking, Sunday lunch: in Jeff's words, a "smokin'" culinary experience.
Still to come in the series are the LG dehumidifier, TV, cooker, microwave and WashTower.
Each episode is short and easy to watch, designed to help you picture the appliances in your own home before you visit a showroom. The series builds on Jeff's long-running LG content on the channel, including his QNED TV watch party, the XBOOM speaker, the ThinQ app for controlling appliances from anywhere, the InstaView fridge and the QuadWash dishwasher.
